Active producer in SBA loans . Ideally, looking for someone that has an entrepreneurial mindset.
REMOTE SBA LENDER role •
Proven sales ability in serving the financial needs of Small Business Owners with ability to expand business opportunities.
• Proven production of $10MM to $12MM per year over the previous three years • Aggressive financial incentives for performance & annual trip incentive; commissions & bonus etc;
• Medical, dental, vision • 401(k) with employer match • Life and long-term disability coverage • HSA and FSA plans • Holidays and paid time off requests • Must be a proven sba lender. •
Must have remote experience; or a proven “hunter”. Typically, someone who works inside a bank and is accustomed to only walk-in business will not be successful in this role; • 100k base salary.
Very aggressive commission structure.
