Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with a strong service background who is seeking a leadership role in a dealership setting. As a Service Manager, you will oversee and manage the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure the service department meets or exceeds established goals and targets
- Monitor and control expenses, including parts inventory, labor, and overhead costs
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Essential Job Functions:
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Skills:
- Min 3-4 years Experience
- Stable work history
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software
