Job Description : Our Albuquerque branch is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of construction and industrial equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various types of machinery
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of equipment
- Technical school degree or equivalent experience in equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications :
- CDL license
- IVES or equivalent forklift certification
