Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of surety bond clients, providing top-notch service and building strong relationships.
- Handle all aspects of surety bond processing, including applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with underwriters, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth bond issuance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in surety bonds or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in insurance management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexible hybrid work schedule.
