Our client is seeking career minded individual for a Survey Crew Chief. Must be able to perform ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, and construction staking.

What you will be doing:
- Write descriptions of boundary surveys for use of legal documentation
- Working directly with other team members, mentoring and leading / team mentality
- Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must
- Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
- Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
- This is a leadership role, the opportunity to grow long term both as an individual and with a company
What you will need:
- 3 years of related experience in Surveying
- Carlson and Trimble Survey software
- Surveying experience, preferred both in field and office but not required
- Be able to provide quality work
- Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
- Ability to motivate a team
