Transactional/HOA Attorney licensed to practice, or the ability to become licensed to practice in Maryland
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide representation to home-builders and developers
- Prepare, record and file organizational documents
- Prepare and record easements and maintenance agreements
- Review and analyze contracts
- Draft and finalize retail sales disclosures
- Maintain knowledge of statutes affecting HOA's
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 years of transactional experience favored
- Strong writing skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Organized
