Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize transactional documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments.
- Assist with due diligence and document management in transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare closing documents and handle post-closing matters.
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues relevant to transactions.
- Maintain and manage files and databases related to transactional matters.
- Prepare and file documents with government agencies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of transaction summaries and reports.
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate law law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, real estate, and commercial law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
