Responsibilities :
- Develop and standardize processes and procedures in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and budgets while overseeing training and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in managing production scheduling and timing, optimizing equipment utilization.
- Monitor production progress, promote continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Anticipate and address potential problems, delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Wood Products, Manufacturing, or related field OR minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in lumber grading, process engineering, safe work practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate team members towards operational efficiency.
