As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Responsible for data entry of all invoices, requisitions, subcontracts and purchase orders
- Conduct daily reconciliation of cash transactions and periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Maintains financial reports, records, general ledgers; and performs general bookkeeping
- Provides administrative support for special projects to include research, compiling data and preparation of summary reports based on results
- Contacts department personnel, account representatives or other appropriate personnel regularly to resolve problems
- Assist accountant to prepare properties’ financial statements, payroll process
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical & attention to detail skills
- Advanced computer and software skills including MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks
- Ability to handle multiple work streams; independently identify and solve business issues
- Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
- Experience with Yardi preferred
