We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at GPM Investments, LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Ring sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card purchases, and returns.
- Assist with shift changes, counting cash and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Process specialty products, such as money orders and lottery sales, and check identification for restricted sales.
- Replenish stock, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Check in vendor deliveries, complete bad merchandise forms, and order merchandise as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs, providing feedback to management on training effectiveness.
- Monitor cash levels and security procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
