The Transaction Services Department is a team of four associates that manage all billing for three business units that include Fuel Supply Billing, Fleet Billing and Dealer Services. We are looking for a focused, detail-oriented manager that enjoys a variety of tasks and leading a team of knowledgeable associates.
- Learn the processes for each business unit to troubleshoot and support the team.
- Pricing, invoicing, and reconciliation of invoices.
- Customer service to resolve issues or concerns.
- Maintains freight indexes, rates, and weekly surcharge rates.
- POS transaction analysis and inventory
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency such as tax and other accounting functions.
- Reporting as required.
- Operational Accounting experience.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details.
- Ability to work as a team and independently,
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems,
- Foundational knowledge to resolve discrepancies.
Minimum A.A. in Accounting or Business and minimum five years of related experience; management experience.
PDI Application knowledge preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of billing processes
System technical trouble shooting and support skills.
