SUMMARY
GQR is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Project Coordinator to join team. In this position, you will work to support the team through executive-level management, project management, and a focus on operations. In this role, you will directly support one of our Partners through scheduling, project management, and providing support within the Admin/Ops Team.
The ideal candidate is politically engaged – someone who is not just interested in current events and modern politics, but who can utilize that interest as part of their professional toolkit to understand how news events and political issues of interest relate to our work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where assigned tasks will include planning and overseeing projects, coordination across teams to execute projects, assisting in the preparation of reports, and developing systems for
efficiency
We will look to you to serve as air traffic control for the team – to use your exceptional communication skills and confidence to coordinate between the team, and those we work with outside of the team.

HOURS
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Some after-hours and weekend work as needed.
Please note that this is an in-office position, 5 days a week.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (including, but not limited to, political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, math, business).
1 – 2 years’ experience in a professional services office preferred.
