We are seeing highly motivated individuals with a desire to help others. We are looking for born leaders to add to our agency who have a passion and purpose for serving others. This position will consist of maintaining an existing client base that utilizes our financial products as well as bringing in new clients and accounts. We have systems and process in place that if followed will guarantee success in this role. Promotion to a leadership position is possible in the first 90 days. Said promotion would give you the opportunity to lead a team of individuals to success outside of your own successes. Requirements of a Financial Sales Rep:
- Maintain knowledge of financial products
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self discipline and have excellent time management skills
- Desire to reach goals on a personal and business level
- Willingness to help others
- Must have drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Must have windows operating laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
