JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining dining areas of service according to the brand’s quality and servicestandards
- Conducts walk through of dining and storage areas to ensure all areas are clean andorganized
- Covering extra shifts as required,inthe case of staff shortage, to ensure service standards aremaintained
- Ensures all policies and procedures as they relate to quality standards, uniform policy, cash handling, and qualitypresentation
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma / GED, post-high school educationpreferred
- Minimum of 1 year in hotel customer service role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally

- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and teammembers
