SUMMARY:
The AIDS/HIV Services Supervisor provides leadership to Care Resource Coordination and Patient Navigator staff with the goal of linking and retaining patients in care. The AIDS/HIV Services Supervisor manages staff and also provides expertise and leadership for the development, coordination and evaluation of services. This staff plays a lead role in the success of care teams in achieving good clinical and quality of life outcomes for patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in social service field, including MSW, Master's in Counseling
- Five or more years job related. experience working with HIV patient population
- Supervisory experience
