The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating the tools, assets, and resources that empower the sales and account management teams to be efficient, effective, and consistent in their use of marketing collateral and resources. This person acts as a liaison with the marketing, sales, proposal teams, and other teams, such as HR, to create materials that equip the sales team with information and content that is accessible, repeatable, and ready for use. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Enablement.

Required Skills
PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with subject matter experts to create new and customize existing presentations to target specific clients and prospects; Manage the sales document library, updating and optimizing for continued efficiency, and ensuring alignment with brand and content standards; Coach sales executives on effective deployment of marketing assets via technology, oral presentations, in-person meetings, etc.
- Contribute to the success of the overall marketing and content strategy that encompasses content design and creation, execution, and promotion; Create revenue-generating sales content to advance pursuits, including client case studies, sales pitches including best and finals, program and product collateral, and custom work – including regionally-specific materials
- Work closely with vendors, agencies, and freelancers, managing creative projects such as videos, sales materials, and presentations and shepherding them through to completion
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations from content to design and animation to support sales and retention
- Actively collaborate on projects, working across teams to meet company goals
- Proofread content for typos, grammatical errors, and inconsistencies
- Responsibly manage and maintain budget
- Perform other related essential duties as assigned or requested
Desired Skills:
- Ability to write content/copy, as needed
- Expertise within the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to execute designs from concept to completion (sales tools, presentations)
Required Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Requires technical knowledge, training, and understanding of Marketing, Communications, English & Business
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player and natural relationship builder with experience working closely with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Position requires invention, imagination, originality, or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Needs to be able to carry out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business
- Able to perform work that positively impacts business operations to a substantial degree, showing an interest in learning about the varied segments of the business
Salary : $62,000 - $68,000
