As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing.
As an assistant store manager, you will support your store manager with the opportunity to grow into a store manager.
To qualify as one of our retail store managers or assistant managers, you must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, a High School Diploma or GED and:
- Good problem solving skills.
- Strong math and reading skills.
- The ability to lift 40 pounds, as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
