Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position
- Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization
- Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates
- Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs
- Advertise open positions using social media and mailings and collaborating with marketing
- Manage the candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits
- Oversee and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, open positions, and other recruiting activities
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
- Two years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred
