We are searching for a Plant Controller that will be responsible for managing the Accounting function, implementing key business initiatives and participating in plant operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Senior Accountant as well as strong knowledge of corporate accounting upon joining our fast-paced and innovative organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze revenues and expenses.
- Implement cost-cutting measures to improve profitability.
- Execute the budgeting process.
- Work directly with internal departments of inventory, supply chain/puchasing, warehousing. quality, etc. to ensure continuous alignment with financials.
- Manage capital expense budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Experience:
- professional work in a high volume manufacturing environment: 3 years (Preferred)

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
