REPORTS TO: Shop Foreman and Service Manager

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an eager and experienced Parts Specialist to join the Graham Rahal Performance team! This is a fast-paced environment where no two jobs are the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees parts sales- online and in person
• Respond and follow up with all leads and inquiries regarding potential parts sales
• Complete all invoices to be submitted to accounting
• Order all parts and follow up with arrival estimates
• Work w/ service department to manage and organize incoming parts for service jobs to maximize efficiency
• Handle shipping/receiving, organizing new inventory as it arrives-confirming accuracy of orders
• Communicate necessary information to service department regarding each job
• Assist technicians in overall shop cleanliness and organization
• Organized and self driven
• Wide range of makes and models from classics to exotics
• Works well with customers and dealership parts employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of high level dealership experience in parts management
• Critical thinker with problem-solving and research skills
• Creative mind with superb verbal communication skills
• Vehicle knowledge and research skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Organization skills, self-accountability, self-driven, and self-motivated
• Attention to detail

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• 9 hour shift including one hour lunch
• Day shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
