Schedule:
30-32 hours per week (full time)
Compensation:
Range of $54,000 - $75,000 reflects base compensation of $27-$30 per hour, plus an additional $6.75 - $7.50 per hour worth of retirement contributions (after first year).

Qualifications:
Firm understanding of bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
Diligent, self-directed, and highly organized.
Proficient in organizing and managing digital data. (QBO and Excel in particular)
Friendly and helpful in client and team interactions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and greet clients in the office.
Maintain CRM and similar software systems
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Record day-to-day financial transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile accounts against bank statements.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Organize files and documents.
