Treatment Nurse/Charge Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings such as ER, PICU, medical-surgical, and urgent care. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, providing patient care, and ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Provide direct patient care and treatment
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in medical procedures such as venipuncture
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Experience:

- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Proficient in basic life support techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- ER experience
- Basic life support certification
- PICU experience
- Medical-surgical background
- Proficient in vital signs monitoring
- Anatomy knowledge
- Skilled in medical documentation
- Experience with venipuncture procedures
- Familiarity with urgent care practices

Pay: $29.88 - $35.98 per hour
