If you are interested in the Technical Trainer position you will:
Primary Objective of Position: The objective of the technical training position is to provide detailed instruction on diagnostic skills involving, but not limited to, electrical, propane, hydraulic, and structural related topics.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- On site technical training to dealer partners, national rally attendees and internal staff members
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customers and dealers
- Provide seminars at National Rally
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- Must be registered or completed RVTI certification
- Basic computer skills
- 5 years RV experience
Physical Demands
- Able to bend, lift, and reach frequently
- Able to lift 6 to 25 pounds
- Elevated work
- Climb and descend ladder
- Able to work early hours
- Travel required - Approximately 20 weeks per year
