Grand Kubota

Agriculture and Construction Equipment Dealer, Parts Sales, Equipment Rental, and Equipment Service.

Hours of Operation: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. Every other Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm.

Pay Period: Bi-weekly, every other Monday.

Employee Requirements-

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Advertising skills relating to negotiating ad rates with advertising mediums used and ad creation.-Preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of RIMSS and Kubotalink software a plus.
  • Sufficient and continual training in fields related to advertising, accounting and company specific software.
  • Excellent attendance habits.

Position Responsibilities-

HR Assistant-

  • Maintain weekly timesheets of employee’s hours for payroll along with vacation, personal time and paid holidays.
  • Assist in employee orientation.
  • Maintain training files.
  • Issuance and assist in understanding of Employee Handbook to new employees.
  • Maintain employee files as required.
  • Maintain vacation and PT time used and available for employees.
  • Setup and assist in required employee reviews.
  • Assist employees with health, dental and vision insurance issues.

Office Assistant-

  • Greet incoming customers and direct to proper personnel.
  • Answer phones as needed.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of office and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist President with various tasks.
  • Load customer and vendor information and keep up-to-date.
  • Knowledge of the latest accounting software and updates from RIMSS.
  • Application and upkeep of depreciation schedule and fixed assets as required.
  • Assist in the performance of payroll duties bi-weekly.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and the chart of accounts for 3 companies.
  • All other duties as directed by the Accounting Manager as well as the Manager of the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
