We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in the culinary arts, is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and is capable of leading a team of cooks to create delicious dishes. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe development. The Head Chef will also be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met, and ensuring that all orders are prepared on time and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a creative menu that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other personnel.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and order new items as needed.
- Monitor food costs and adjust recipes to meet budget goals.
- Supervise the preparation of all dishes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper working order.

Pay: $46,036.00 - $50,540.00 per year
