Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize software to track customer interactions and maintain records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Handle financial services inquiries, including billing, payments, and account reconciliation
Skills:
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple client accounts
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in software for managing customer interactions
- Sales experience or knowledge of sales processes is preferred
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
