Description
This position is Monday thru Friday 3;55pm to 1:00am.
· Complete paperwork accurately and timely including Usage Tracking, HACCP, Lot #, Downtime Utilization, Labor Tracking and Metal Detection
· Oversee Machine Operation
· Organizes Team Members for work assignments.
· Supervise, coach and train Team Members
· GMP Oversight
· Read Bill of Materials to accurately ingredient types and quantities
· Obtaining necessary ingredients for production run.
· Monitor product to assure quality is being produced to meet customer standards.
· Manages the safety and health factors in all processes.
· Maximizes yields.
· Minimizes off –specification products.
· Maximizes Throughput and equipment use.
· Machine setup and change over.
· Monitors hourly production metrics and takes appropriate actions
· Understand Product and Customer Specifications
· Notify Supervisors and Quality Assurance when there is a deviation out of the normal.
· Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
· Responsible to meet shift production goals.
· Production Labor tracking and Daily EOS data entrance.
Requirements
2 year in a production facility
Leadership or supervision skills preferred
Salary : $20 - $21
