Job Overview:

The Track Marshall role is to successfully and safely be responsible for the Race Track course.

Position Summary:

Track Marshall inspires and motivates team members to perform at their best through role modeling, providing feedback, recognition, respect and frequent communication. This role will also adhere to strict safety standards while providing memorable guest memories.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the operating policies and procedures for the Race Track.
• Observe and report daily facility conditions and situations to the Center Managers.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and presented to the highest standards.
• Weekends and Holidays required
• Must be able to tp stand, move quickly, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain alert for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Great time management skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions well.
• Racing experience encouraged (not required)
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with others.
