Responsibilities
Come be a part of our growing Human Resources Department at Grand View Health in a hybrid setting! We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, whose primary focus will be assisting with compensation analysis, under the Manager of Compensation & Benefits.The Human Resources Generalist is particularly responsible for helping create and manage our company's compensation policies and programs, benefits administration and reporting of HR-related data from the HRIS system. This role recommends and administers compensation and benefit plans that are compliant with applicable laws, regulations and company goals.
This position offers room to grow and gain experience in all aspects of HR, such as compensation management, onboarding, employee relations, recruitment and benefits, as it will be a support role to the entire department. This role requires computer and analytical skills, attention to detail and compliance, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workplace demands.
This role follows a hybrid in office and remote schedule. This position is to report in office 2–3 times a week in the Human Resources office located in Sellersville, PA.
Grand View is also offering to pay for this role to obtain their SHRM certification, should they choose to! This is a great opportunity for this person to grow and stay current with HR policies.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High school diploma/GED and over 1 to 3 years of compensation and benefits or in a similar role required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar field of study and over 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
