Position Overview:
This role oversees the comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the catering department. Responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing ones, devising plans to surpass revenue targets, and optimizing hotel profitability without compromising guest satisfaction. Additionally, this position serves as the bridge between clients and operational teams, guaranteeing repeat business and flawless event execution.
