Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Direct customers to appropriate services in person and by phone
- Schedule meetings
- Data entry
- Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed
- HS diploma, BA or BS degree preferred
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role or office environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, leadership and communications skills
