Event Coordinator
Job Posting for Event Coordinator at Grape & the Grain Wine Bar
We are looking for a creating and driven Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, organizational skills, a love for wine and great planning skills. You will be responsible for replying to all incoming event leads and network within the community to develop additional business leads.
Some key responsibilities include:
Coordinate private events from conception to completion
Liase with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized at our venue
Work closely with the owners to manage event menus & wine selection
Promote events and network within the community to drive additional business
Mange the event calendar
Have some experience in the role
Have good time management and communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
