Responsibilities/The Impact:
- Develop effective strategies for self-generated sales, generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers.
- Provide an exceptional customer sales experience, from the initial contact to installation and beyond.
- Deliver in-home sales presentations, evaluating customers' knowledge and needs while building long-lasting relationships.
- Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to installation, following up with leads and in-home consultations.
- Accurately report and track outcomes using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Meet or exceed minimum required sales targets established by sales leadership.
Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:
- No minimum experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record to pass a driving background check.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively when addressing customer needs.
- Willingness to travel within the local market as required by business needs and the sales model.
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, including the use of an iPad/computer and multiple software applications. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
