You will :
- Expertly handle order processing for our printed marketing materials, ensuring seamless efficiency at every step.
- Utilize your customer service finesse to provide top-notch support, guiding customers through product inquiries and order placements with ease and confidence.
- Tackle challenges head-on as you troubleshoot account features, resolve application issues, and assist customers in navigating the website with expertise.
- Turn customer complaints into opportunities for satisfaction with your professional and empathetic approach.
- Keep your cool under pressure as you multitask and manage incoming requests, delivering prompt and thorough resolutions.
- Be a driving force for improvement, continuously evaluating processes to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the success of our team.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in customer service role
- Proficiency in Excel
