Job Summary: Gravity Healthcare Consulting seeks a dynamic marketing specialist to propel our expansion into uncharted territories, captivating new markets and clientele. As Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand identity and messaging across all channels. Reporting to the COO, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, including operational, compliance and clinical consulting to senior living communities and home health agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand and product communication plans
- Identify new advertising opportunities and evaluate performance
- Collaborate with leadership to launch new products and initiatives
- Conduct market research and track competition
- Create engaging social media and email marketing campaigns
- Produce effective press releases and internal communications
- Lead sales initiatives to discover and connect with prospective clients, orchestrating productive meetings in collaboration with the COO
- Coordinate speaking events and trade shows
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of marketing/communications experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a diverse team
- Proficiency in Adobe design creative suite and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Physical Setting: Remote and/or hybrid with 20-50% travel
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Marketing: 2-5 years (preferred)
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) (preferred)
- Mailchimp: Certified, Email Marketing Certified, Email Automations Certified (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Cumberland, MD and Pittsburgh, PA as needed
- Travel anywhere throughout the United States as needed
