Job Summary/Description:
WIS is seeking a highly qualified and forward-thinking Multi-Platform Sales Manager who can provide leadership on both Local & Digital revenue efforts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in driving new local direct revenue with both broadcast and digital solutions.
Bring your love of building, coaching, and mentoring teams of sales professionals and lead by example in the top media sales department in Columbia, SC. Developing and growing a network of relationships within the community will be important. Strong technical expertise is also a must, specifically related to pricing and inventory management, negotiating business to drive revenue and share, as well as accurately tracking pending business, forecasting revenue, and hitting budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 3 years of local media management experience, with a proven track record of leadership, budget attainment, and overall sales success
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Advanced computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Extensive knowledge of broadcast industry software Wide Orbit, Matrix, and RateOptics a plus
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
