Job Summary/Description:

Do you have a real passion for your craft? CBS7 Media Group, the #1 station group in West Texas, needs an experienced & talented media professional to lead our Creative Services team. As our Marketing & Creative Services Manager, you’ll lead marketing efforts for all our stations & digital products and manage commercial production. The top candidate will have media production skills to produce compelling commercials and station marketing campaigns. We need a leader who can work well with all areas of the station and our advertisers.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Managing the Creative Services team
• Working with sales managers to create revenue-generating promotions
• Helping our local advertisers create effective messages
• Working with the News Director and General Manager on marketing campaigns for our CBS7

• Working with community organizations on events sponsored by our stations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in managing TV/Digital marketing efforts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in establishing long-range strategies and plans
• Experience in guiding, directing, coaching, developing, and motivating team members
• Great storytelling with strong writing, shooting, and editing abilities
