Job Summary/Description:
The station is looking for a High Energy Account Executive for sales and service of local business customers. Products to be sold include: TV commercials, Digital Display Ads, Audience Targeting campaigns, OTT (Over the Top video), and more. Gray Media Group, Inc. has one of the best job training programs in the industry. This sales position pays a salary plus commission with enormous growth potential for the 2nd largest TV broadcast company in the country. We want someone who can grow the TV station’s business by finding new customers that we can match our TV and Digital products in a marketing plan to the needs of those customers creating a mutually beneficial relationship.
You can be most successful if you:
- Have the personality and ability to network and get meetings with new customers
- Are ambitious enough to research, develop, and present a customized marketing plan
- Organized to the extent there is timely follow-through with details on the implementation of plans
- Ultimate goal of help businesses grow or meet their objectives

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Media Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary. Please list any prior sales experience. Candidate must be a good communicator with strong organizational, writing, and presenting skills. Other quality traits that are important are energetic, professional appearance, the perseverance to not give up, ability to work on many tasks simultaneously, and the ability to meet deadlines.
