Job Summary/Description:
Our producers routinely produce 1-2 newscasts daily and are cross-trained on writing for all of our digital platforms. Producers are required to have sharp editorial judgment, an awareness of news in the community and across the nation, and an ability to communicate that to our viewers with broadcast writing and production.
Craft newscast from start to finish. Write, produce and edit news stories. Communicate and collaborate with anchors, reporters and managers in both the newsroom and in the control booth during live newscasts. You are the captain of the ship!

Qualifications/Requirements:
College degree in journalism or equivalent. Passion for journalism. Strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative news environment.
