Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients within the luxury real estate industry using various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, effectively introducing services and assessing their interests.
- Engagement: Develop relationships with potential customers. Proactively meet with leads to understand their needs, budget, and timeline for real estate marketing services, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring alignment with both the client's availability and the sales team's schedule.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide timely and relevant information about scheduled appointments, facilitating a smooth transition from lead to prospect.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred with two (2) years of sales experience.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and lead management tools.
- Action oriented individual with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
- Proficient computer skills in Google Suite application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Required to have computer and phone, strong internet connection.
- Availability to work 7-3 PM PST.
