In this pivotal role, you will be a crucial player in our sales and business development efforts, contributing significantly to our company's success.

Job Summary: As an Appointment Setter/Junior Sales Associate you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role serves as a critical stepping stone to a rewarding career in sales and offers specific opportunities for advancement and professional development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients within the luxury real estate industry using various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry events.

  • Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, effectively introducing services and assessing their interests.

  • Engagement:  Develop relationships with potential customers. Proactively meet with leads to understand their needs, budget, and timeline for real estate marketing services, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring alignment with both the client's availability and the sales team's schedule.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide timely and relevant information about scheduled appointments, facilitating a smooth transition from lead to prospect.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred with two (2) years of sales experience. 
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and lead management tools.
  • Action oriented individual with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
  •  Proficient computer skills in Google Suite application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Required to have computer and phone, strong internet connection.
  • Availability to work 7-3 PM PST.
