**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry sales and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs
- Provide product knowledge and information about gemstones, metals, and jewelry care
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized jewelry display
**Skills:**
- Prior experience in jewelry sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
- Bilingual capabilities are beneficial for serving diverse customer needs
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
