A Day in the Life as an RV Sales Consultant with Us: With over 1000 RVs in stock at any given time to sell, the sky is the limit for an RV Sales Consultant with us! On a typical day, you will help the customer locate/select their RV and options best suited to each customer’s needs, negotiate a clear and ethical sales closure and complete all sales documentation accurately. You will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions. You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with a 401K, health insurance, dental, and vision.

Qualifications to be an RV Sales Consultant: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Sales experience with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • High level of commitment
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • 5 day work week with Saturdays required; no Sundays! 

Range of Pay: $70,000 to $120,000, more for top performers
