Great Harvest Bread Co. in Cedar City, UT is looking for one baker to join our team. We are located on 126 N Main Street, downtown Cedar City. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, reliable, morning person. This shift begins at 4am and is finished around 11:30 am!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BAKE 3 DAYS A WEEK AND WORK THE OPENING SHIFT 2-3 DAYS A WEEK. OUR OPENING SHIFT IS FROM 6:30 TO 1:30 AND OUR BAKING SHIFT IS FROM 4:00AM TO 11:30AM.
Responsibilities

*Weigh and measure ingredients *Follow recipes with exactness *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and other products. *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications

*Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Baker a plus
