DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serves bar patrons and cocktail servers quickly and efficiently in order to provide the highest quality service to all guests
· Adheres to state laws and casino policies when serving alcoholic beverages to customers
· Mixes drinks in compliance with approved recipes and standards
· Provides a friendly and congenial environment for guests and co-workers
· Monitors the issuance of complimentary drinks to guests
· Monitors alcohol intake of customers to prevent on-premises intoxication
· Keeps bar back informed of needed bar supplies
· Ensures that all prepared drinks are entered into bar's computer accounting system
· Maintains and balances bar bank at end of shift
· When working in bar, keeps television monitors tuned to sporting events
· Adheres to reporting and/or recording responsibilities relative to the Bank Secrecy Act.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience as bartender or bar back
Good interpersonal skills; friendly and outgoing
Good mathematical skills
Knowledge of computer and cash register systems
Must be familiar with names and contents of mixed drinks
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
