Job title: Office clerk

We are looking for an effective office clerk to handle the warehouse record, forms, and coordination. Great Way operates warehouses in Suwanee, GA. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure all inbound / outbound shipments are recorded and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities:

· Exercise proper data entry, scanning, filing on computer

· Field incoming phone calls and emails

· Review calendar to ensure on-time deliveries and notify Manager regarding any scheduling conflicts

· Maintain logs to track and monitor inventory

· Interface with customers and business partners in a friendly manner

· Review files and other documents to obtain information to respond to (both internal and external) requests

· Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and requirements:

  • Basic math
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel)
  • Emails (writing / good English communication skills)
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma or above
