We are Hiring a Membership Sales Consultant to work in South Jerseys Premier Fitness Facility. This is a unique and exciting opportunity. Qualifications
- Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
- Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
- Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
· Be a great ambassador & promoter of Greate Bay Racquet and Fitness Club, our brand, our programs, and our services.
· Greeting and checking in with all members, and guests and making them feel welcome and valued.
· Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
· Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members
· Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
· Participating in or managing various marketing events
· Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email
· Renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.
· Creating Corporate relationship to drive memberships.
· Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
· Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and is target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- A desire to learn new technology and techniques
- Must be available evenings, Sundays, and some holidays
Hourly wage plus commission
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
