Fabricator

Position Purpose:

To fabricate architectural products utilizing various metals including but not limited to aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints readings
• Fabricate architectural products per blueprint instructions
• MiG welding Aluminum
• Cut, lay-out, and fabricate, aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel products
• Provide support to the production warehouse
• Other assigned tasks as needed

Essential Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Experience working with various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Experience using grinders, dyna files, pipe polishers
• Basic knowledge of metal finishing and tooling
• Willingness to work mandatory OT
• Willingness to learn new ideas and processes
• Strong team player
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills to manage time effectively
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
