A General Manager for Greco must have the ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, have a keen eye for details, and above all, put the guest first.
We seek a self-starter to lead the operations of a new, Class A, luxury apartment building in Minneapolis, MN. An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed below. - Assembled and operated within a budget, can understand a balance sheet and P&L

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hire, mentor, train, and manage a large staff that ensures the guest experience is the highest priority
- Ensure leasing goals are met and work in tandem with the Leasing Director regarding marketing, availability, and pricing
- Ensure budgeted occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control expectations are met and/or exceeded
- Initiate opportunities to create and foster a "Sense of Community" for all guests and resolve guest issues expediently with exceptional customer service
- Assist in monthly financial package including P&L reconciliation and variance reporting
- Assist in creating an annual operating budget based off of actual performance, industry projections/trends and aggressive YOY growth schedule
- Operate within the parameters of the approved annual budget
- Work with support team members to ensure all administrative functions are performed at the site
- Bring forward creative ideas that will benefit guests and stakeholders
