What You'll Do:
Maintain records – Maintains files of source documents or other information relative to data entered.
File and organize paperwork and electronic files used to enter data into programs.
Data Entry – Accurately and efficiently input information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets.
Review all data for errors and report all unusual findings to management.
Retrieves data and reports from databases.
Collect and determine completion of all information before entering data into software programs.
Reviews and maintains all manufacturing data and validates production in the operating systems, often requires going into Production Areas.
Follow privacy and confidentiality guidelines as dictated by state and federal law.
Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.
Perform transactions in Odyssey to support functional areas, as needed.
Track sand/bond usage and order trucks accordingly.
Entry of Finishing downtime/Production data daily.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Manage and add detailed information to the calendars of management and staff.

What We Need from You:
High School Diploma or equivalent degree required.
At least 2 years data entry experience preferred.
Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems, software, and office equipment.
Advance level Excel skills a must.
Experience with Odyssey and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent with math.
Inventory experience preferred.
Must have problem solving skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to think analytically.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ability to switch roles at a moment’s notice to help with tasks beyond data entry.
Must have the ability to work and concentrate in a high paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliable, prompt, and the ability to maintain consistent attendance.
Must be willing and able to learn new tasks quickly.
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, a flexible schedule, and overtime when required.
Experience protecting sensitive information in accordance with laws and regulations (HIPAA)
