Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing payroll
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
- Support management in various projects and initiatives
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus
- Experience in medical office management is desirable but not required
- Ability to manage calendars and schedules efficiently
- Front desk experience is preferred
